Empty capsules are loaded into the encapsulation filling machine’s hopper, where they are separated and oriented so that the open ends face upward.

After filling, the hard gelatin capsule filler machine automatically closes the capsules by joining the body and cap sections together, securing the contents inside.
Filled and sealed capsules are ejected from the gelatin capsule filler, and any rejected or defective capsules are removed and sorted out, ensuring the final product meets quality standards.
