Empty capsules are loaded into the filling machine for capsules’s hopper, where they are separated and oriented so that the open ends face upward.
Capsule filling machine small precisely measures the required quantity of pharmaceutical powder or granules and fills them into the separated capsules, ensuring accurate dosage.
After filling, the empty capsule making machine automatically closes the capsules by joining the body and cap sections together, securing the contents inside.
Filled and sealed capsules are ejected from the tablet capsule filling machine, and any rejected or defective capsules are removed and sorted out, ensuring the final product meets quality standards.
