High Speed Bottle Unscrambler Machine

High speed bottle unscrambler machine is an automated device used to organize scattered bottles into a neatly arranged, uniformly oriented state, facilitating subsequent production processes.

Scattered bottles are poured into the hopper of the unscrambler. Through conveyor belt, the bottles are fed into the machine. Inside the unscrambler, there is conveyor belt that distributes the bottles onto specific tracks.

Once the bottles are distributed onto the tracks, the unscrambler uses various mechanisms (such as guide slots, push rods, etc.) to align the bottles in a consistent orientation. For example, if the bottle necks need to face upwards, the unscrambler will use gravity, air jets to adjust the bottles to the correct orientation.

After orientation correction, the bottles are transferred neatly through a conveyor belt to the next stage of the count bottling line.
