Filling Machine Pharmaceutical Capsule

Filling machine pharmaceutical capsule used in the pharmaceutical industry to fill hard gelatin capsules with various substances such as powders, granules, or pellets.

Empty capsules are loaded into the capsule hopper. The capsules are oriented and separated into the capsule trays by the sorting mechanism. The capsule body and cap are separated using a vacuum or compressed air system. The machine uses a dosing disk to measure and fill the appropriate amount of powder into each capsule body. The powder is filled through a series of tamping pins that compress the powder into the capsule body. The capsule caps are pressed onto the bodies, securely locking the contents inside.

The filled and closed capsules are ejected from the machine. They are collected in a designated container or conveyed for further processing such as polishing or packaging.
