گوانگژو, چین | June 4, 2026 – Recently, Ruida Packing welcomed a Chinese client delegation for an on-site visit and technical discussion. The visit was hosted by Sales Executive Owen, who accompanied the client throughout the showroom and introduced Ruida Packing’s high-speed tablet pressing solutions based on their actual production needs.

The client is a Chinese nutraceutical manufacturer mainly producing vitamin tablets, mineral tablets and functional compressed tablets. With growing production demand, the client planned to upgrade their tablet production line and paid special attention to three key issues: how to keep tablet weight stable during high-speed operation, how to detect and reject unqualified tablets online, and how to reduce powder waste during continuous production.

Based on these concerns, Owen guided the client to focus on the RQ-HGZP Series Fully Automatic High-Speed Tablet Press Machine. This series is designed for large-scale tablet production and can press powders and granules into round tablets, قرص های خاص, two-color tablets and ring-shaped tablets. With a maximum turret speed of 110 r/min and a maximum output of up to 260,000 قرص در ساعت, it is suitable for clients who need both high efficiency and stable tablet quality.
During the visit, the client showed strong interest in the machine’s real-time online detection and rejection system. Owen explained that the system can monitor the pressure and operating status of each punch in real time. When the pressure, tablet weight or punch condition is abnormal, the machine can identify the problem and activate the rejection process. This allows the equipment to achieve not only continuous rejection, but also accurate single-piece rejection, helping prevent unqualified tablets from entering the finished product flow.

Another important point was the machine’s intelligent pressure monitoring and analysis system. The system can analyze the pressure and deviation of each punch during production and automatically adjust the filling depth when needed. For products such as vitamin tablets or functional supplement tablets, raw material flowability may vary between formulas. This intelligent adjustment helps stabilize tablet weight, improve the qualified product rate and reduce the dependence on manual adjustment experience.

The client also asked about powder loss during high-speed tablet pressing. Owen introduced the machine’s residual powder recycling system. During operation, residual powder flowing from the feeder gap can be guided back to the powder return turntable for secondary use. This design helps keep the turret surface cleaner while improving raw material utilization. For nutraceutical manufacturers that use higher-cost raw materials, reducing powder waste is directly related to production cost control.

علاوه بر این, Owen introduced the machine’s forced feeding and hydraulic stabilization designs. The double-layer impeller forced feeder helps feed materials more evenly and reduce material stratification during high-speed rotation. The hydraulic pressure stabilization system keeps pressure more stable during continuous operation, helping improve tablet forming quality and reduce production noise.

Throughout the visit, the client raised detailed questions about tablet weight control, punch pressure monitoring, rejection accuracy, cleaning and daily maintenance. Owen answered these questions by connecting machine functions with the client’s real production scenarios, helping them better understand how intelligent tablet pressing can improve production efficiency and quality control at the same time.

Through this on-site visit, the client gained a clearer understanding of Ruida Packing’s high-speed tablet press technology. For Ruida Packing, the visit was not only a machine display, but also a process of matching client needs with practical production solutions.
