Empty capsules are loaded into the empty capsule manufacturing machine’s hopper, where they are separated and oriented so that the open ends face upward.

Capsul fill machin price precisely measures the required quantity of pharmaceutical powder or granules and fills them into the separated capsules, ensuring accurate dosage.

After filling, the machine filling capsules automatically closes the capsules by joining the body and cap sections together, securing the contents inside.

Filled and sealed capsules are ejected from the automatic capsulator machine, and any rejected or defective capsules are removed and sorted out, ensuring the final product meets quality standards.
