The working principle of automatic capsule powrder filling machine is to fill empty capsules with the desired pharmaceutical or dietary supplement powder or granules.

Empty capsules are loaded into the empty capsule manufacturing machine’s hopper, where they are separated and oriented so that the open ends face upward.

After filling, the machine filling capsules automatically closes the capsules by joining the body and cap sections together, securing the contents inside.

Filled and sealed capsules are ejected from the automatic capsulator machine, and any rejected or defective capsules are removed and sorted out, ensuring the final product meets quality standards.
