The working principle of chocolate blister packing machine involves forming and sealing plastic blisters around liquid products using heat and pressure.

Material Loading:
The process begins with loading the aluminum and plastic materials into the respective feeding systems.

Heating and Forming:
The alu and plastic materials are heated separately as they pass through heating stations. Once heated, the alu foil is formed into the desired blister shape using a forming station.
