Gummy Counting Filling Line

Gummy counting filling line is an automated production line designed to accurately count and bottle candies. Its working principle involves the following steps:

5. Sealing and Labeling: Filled bottles are automatically moved to a sealing machine to be capped, then to a labeling machine for label application.

6. Inspection and Packaging: After bottling, niêm phong, and labeling, the finished bottles undergo quality inspection to ensure the correct number of candies, secure sealing, and proper label placement. Bottles that pass inspection are transported to a packaging machine for final packaging.
