The working principle of jam liquid blister packing machine involves forming and sealing plastic blisters around liquid products using heat and pressure.

The working principle of butter blister packing machine involves several key steps:

Material Loading:
The process begins with loading the aluminum and plastic materials into the respective feeding systems.

Heating and Forming:
The alu and plastic materials are heated separately as they pass through heating stations. Once heated, the alu foil is formed into the desired blister shape using a forming station.

Cutting:
The sealed blisters are then cut into individual units, and excess material is trimmed away.
