6 Lanes Sachet Packing Machine is designed to pack powdered products into small, sealed sachets or “sticks.” These machines are commonly used in industries such as food, pharmaceuticals, and chemicals to package products like instant coffee, sugar, salt, protein powder, or medicated powders.

Auger Filler: A rotating auger screw measures out the correct amount of powder and dispenses it into the film tube.

Top and Bottom Sealing: The filled tube of film is then passed through a pair of heated sealing jaws (either heat sealing or cold sealing, depending on the material). The top and bottom ends of each sachet are sealed to ensure that the powder remains enclosed and the packaging remains intact.
