Ruida Packing recently welcomed clients from Taiwan for an on-site visit and technical discussion. The clients are a Taiwan-based nutrition brand manufacturer, primarily producing protein powder. With the rapid growth of online shopping and health supplement demand, the client planned to upgrade their stick packing line with a standing pouch format, focusing on three core challenges: how to achieve high filling accuracy for powdered products, how to ensure consistent sealing quality at higher speeds, and long screw feeding design prevent powder overflow.

Based on the client’s product characteristics, Mary directed their attention to the servo-driven system. Unlike conventional machines that rely on mechanical clutches or variable-frequency drives, this model uses independent servo motors for film feeding, material feeding, и резка. The forming tube is precision-machined using CNC (Computer Numerical Control) технологии, where a computer-guided cutting tool shapes the metal with extreme accuracy. This guarantees high precision and consistency in the tube geometry.
