Next, the liquid filling stage commences, utilizing two independent servo motors driving ceramic pumps. One motor ensures precise liquid volume delivery, while the second performs a critical “suck-back” function, eliminating drips and preventing contamination of the filling station.
4. Automated Rejection: Capsules identified earlier as locked (non-separated) are automatically rejected at this stage, ensuring no unfilled capsules proceed.
5. Joining & Ejection: Capsule caps and bodies are securely rejoined (locked). Finished capsules are then gently ejected.
6. Seamless Transfer & Sealing: Capsules move via a transfer disc and guide rail into the integrated sealing machine. Dual fiber optic sensors on the rail provide intelligent speed control: the upper sensor detecting capsules signals the sealer to accelerate; if only the lower sensor detects capsules, the sealer intelligently decelerates.
7. Sealing & Curing: Capsules pass through the sealing station (applying sealing solution) and then proceed to a drying stage, completing the production cycle.
