Semi-automatic capsule filler operates through a sequential process that involves several key steps: Empty capsules are loaded into a hopper, where they are separated and oriented with their open ends facing upwards. Semi capsule filling machine precisely dispenses the required quantity of powder or granules into the bodies of the separated capsules. Once filled, the machine moves the filled capsule bodies to capsule locking station where the capsule caps are placed on top and pressed to close the capsules securely. Completed capsules are then ejected from the machine.
