Tablet Sorting Screening Machine

Tablet sorting screening machine is used to remove excess powder from tablets after compression, ensuring they are clean and ready for further processing or packaging.

Tablet Entry: The tablets are usually carried by gravity or a vibratory feeder to the dedusting chamber.

Vibration and Movement: The deduster operates on a vibratory principle. A motor generates vibrations that move the tablets along a spiral or inclined perforated path. The vibrations also dislodge and shake off excess powder adhering to the tablets’ surfaces.

Dust Separation: The perforated path or screens allow loose powder to fall through, separating it from the tablets.

Tablet Polishing: During movement, the tablets may also rub against each other or the chamber walls, which polishes their surfaces, enhancing their appearance.
