Tablet Entry: The tablets are usually carried by gravity or a vibratory feeder to the dedusting chamber.

Vibration and Movement: The deduster operates on a vibratory principle. A motor generates vibrations that move the tablets along a spiral or inclined perforated path. The vibrations also dislodge and shake off excess powder adhering to the tablets’ surfaces.

Dust Separation: The perforated path or screens allow loose powder to fall through, separating it from the tablets.

Tablet Polishing: During movement, the tablets may also rub against each other or the chamber walls, which polishes their surfaces, enhancing their appearance.
