Capsule Separation: Empty capsules are loaded into the gmp certified capsule filling machine’s hopper, where they are separated and oriented so that the open ends face upward.
Filling of Powder or Granules: The germany capsule filling machine precisely measures the required quantity of pharmaceutical powder or granules and fills them into the separated capsules, ensuring accurate dosage.
Capsule Closure: After filling, the gelatin capsule filling machine for powder automatically closes the capsules by joining the body and cap sections together, securing the contents inside.
