Fully automatic capsule filling machine involves a systematic process to fill empty capsules with powder, granules, pellets, or liquids.
Capsule Separation: Using vacuum or mechanical force, the machine separates the capsule body from the cap.
Filling : The filling material is accurately dosed and deposited into the open capsule body.
Locking: After filling, the capsule body moves to the locking station, where the separated cap is placed back onto the body.
Output: The filled and locked capsules are ejected from the machine into a collection container.
