How capsule filler capsule filling machine works？

The working principle of automatic hard gel capsule filler machine is to fill empty capsules with the desired pharmaceutical or dietary supplement powder or granules.

Empty capsules are loaded into the automatic capsule filler machine’s hopper, where they are separated and oriented so that the open ends face upward.

Machine to fill capsules precisely measures the required quantity of pharmaceutical powder or granules and fills them into the separated capsules, ensuring accurate dosage.

After filling, the capsules manufacturing machines closes the capsules by joining the body and cap sections together, securing the contents inside.

Filled and sealed capsules are ejected from the automatic gelatin capsule machine, and any rejected or defective capsules are removed and sorted out, ensuring the final product meets quality standards.
