Empty capsules are loaded into the automatic capsule filler machine’s hopper, where they are separated and oriented so that the open ends face upward.

Machine to fill capsules precisely measures the required quantity of pharmaceutical powder or granules and fills them into the separated capsules, ensuring accurate dosage.

After filling, the capsules manufacturing machines closes the capsules by joining the body and cap sections together, securing the contents inside.
