Capsule Counting filling line involves several key stages that automate the process of counting, 充填, and sealing containers (such as bottles or jars) with a precise number of items, like tablets, カプセル, or soft gels.

Loading: Bulk products (錠剤, カプセル, 等) are loaded into a hopper or feeder. This hopper holds the product before it is counted and dispensed.

Photoelectric Sensors: These sensors count the products based on their movement through a light beam.

Capping Mechanism: Depending on the product and container type, the machine can use a screw capper, press-on capping system, or induction sealing to securely seal the containers.
