Loading: Bulk products (comprimidos, cápsulas, etc.) are loaded into a hopper or feeder. This hopper holds the product before it is counted and dispensed.

Photoelectric Sensors: These sensors count the products based on their movement through a light beam.

Capping Mechanism: Depending on the product and container type, the machine can use a screw capper, press-on capping system, or induction sealing to securely seal the containers.

Labeling (Optional): Some count bottling lines also integrate labeling stations, where labels are automatically applied to the filled and sealed containers for branding and regulatory purposes.
