Capsule Filling Machine Working Principle

Capsules loaded into the hopper, they are separated and oriented at capsule sowing station so that the open ends face upward.

Automatic capsule filler machine precisely measures the required quantity of pharmaceutical powder or granules, ensuring accurate dosage.

After filling, the automatic hard gel capsule filler machine automatically closes the capsules by joining the body and cap sections together.

Filled and sealed capsules are ejected from the best capsule filler machine, and any rejected or defective capsules are removed and sorted out, meets GMP standards.
