Small cartoner involves the automatic open, filling, and sealing of cartons to package products.
Carton Erection: The machine uses mechanical arms or suction devices to pick up a flat carton, open it.
Product Feeding: The product is fed into the carton from a conveyor belt. The system ensures the products are accurately aligned and placed inside the carton.
Carton Sealing: Once the product is inside, the machine uses either glue or a heat-sealing mechanism to close the flaps of the carton securely.
Ejection and Discharge: After the carton is sealed, it is discharged from the machine, ready for further processing, labeling, or shipment.
