High Speed Flow Wrapper

High speed flow wrapper is based on the continuous movement of packaging material, which is used to wrap products efficiently and at high speeds.

A roll of flexible packaging film (typically made of plastic) is mounted on the machine. The film is pulled off the roll and moved through the machine.

The product is fed into the formed tube of film. The machine continuously moves the product through the film bag. The film is then wrapped around the product, and the edges are sealed by heat sealing mechanisms, forming the wrap.

At both ends of the wrapped product, a set of sealing jaws closes, creating airtight seals at the start and end of the packaging. These seals are typically created using heat or ultrasonic sealing, depending on the material.

After cutting, the wrapped product exits the machine, ready for further processing or cartoning packing.
