Gummy Counting Filling Line

Gummy counting filling line is an automated production line designed to accurately count and bottle candies. Its working principle involves the following steps:

1. Bottle unscrambler: automated device used to organize scattered bottles into a neatly arranged, uniformly oriented state, facilitating subsequent production processes.

2. Conteggio: The candies are fed into the counting machine hopper through the feeder, electronic counters, photoelectric sensors, or vision recognition systems are used to accurately count the candies into the bottles.

4. Desiccant and Capping: Put the desiccant into the candy bottle and press or screw the lid tightly.

5. Sealing and Labeling: Filled bottles are automatically moved to a sealing machine to be capped, then to a labeling machine for label application.

6. Inspection and Packaging: After bottling, sigillatura, and labeling, the finished bottles undergo quality inspection to ensure the correct number of candies, secure sealing, and proper label placement. Bottles that pass inspection are transported to a packaging machine for final packaging.
