Feeding of Cartons: Flat cartons are fed from a magazine or stack, typically using a mechanical arm or suction system, and are erected into shape.

Product Loading: The product is pushed into the erected carton through a mechanical pusher or by vacuum suction.

Leaflet Insertion: If required, a pre-folded leaflet is automatically inserted into the carton along with the product.

Carton Closing: After the product and leaflet are inserted, the machine folds and closes the carton flaps, usually by tucking or gluing them. The mechanism can vary between tuck-in, hot melt, or adhesive closure.
