Forming Blisters: The forming foil is heated and then molded into blister cavities using a mechanical punch or vacuum system.

Sealing: After filling, the lidding foil (top layer) is fed into the machine. The filled blister cavities are then aligned with the lidding foil, and both layers are sealed together using heat and pressure. This creates a sealed pack that protects the contents from external factors like moisture, light, and air.

Cutting and Perforation: The sealed blister pack is then cut into individual or group packs, depending on the packaging requirements. Perforation lines can also be added to make it easier for users to tear off individual doses.
