Automatic capsule encapsulation machine is designed to automate the process of filling empty capsules with powdered, granular, or pellet substances. Do you know how to working:

Empty capsules consist of two parts: the cap and the body. The machine feeds the empty capsules into the system where they are oriented and separated. The cap and body of each capsule are separated, often using vacuum suction or mechanical pins.

Filling powders and granules, the machine uses a tamping pin that compresses the powder into a dosing disk before transferring it into the capsule body. Or using auger screw system measures and dispenses the material into the capsules.

After filling, the machine repositions the capsule caps over the filled bodies. The caps and bodies are then pressed together to lock the capsules. This step ensures that the capsules are securely closed. The filled and locked capsules are ejected from the machine.
