The working principle of an double rotary tablet press machine involves the following four key steps:
Feeding: Raw granules or powders are fed into the hopper of the doublelayer tablet press machine.
Compression: The material is compressed into tablet form using a rotating turret equipped with punches and dies.
Ejection: The formed tablets are ejected from the dies as the turret continues to rotate.
Collection: The finished tablets are collected on a conveyor belt or in a container for further processing and packaging.
