Deblister Machine

Positioning and Alignment: The machine aligns and positions the blister pack so that the sealed cavities (blisters) containing the products are facing the extraction mechanism. This ensures accurate product removal without damaging the tablets or capsules.

Separation and Product Extraction: The machine uses either “rollers”, “pins”, or “punches” to press against the blister cavities from one side (typically the plastic side), forcing the tablets or capsules out through the aluminum foil backing.
