The project covered the Máquina encapsuladora NJP-1500D, RD-DSL-16Pro visual tableta máquina contadora, RD-HPP premade pouch packing machine, RD-XG-120 high-speed capping machine, and DPP-270Max blister packaging machine.

During the 10-day service, Engineer Li completed machine installation, electrical and air connections, parameter adjustment, problem solving, component replacement, and operator training. After all machines were fully commissioned, he stayed for one additional full day to observe the customer’s actual production. He returned only after confirming that the equipment was running normally.

NJP-1500D: Installation, Pellet Filling, and Machine Training

The NJP-1500D capsule filler required more than routine parameter adjustment. After arriving at the customer’s factory, Engineer Li first helped connect the capsule filling machine to the customer’s electrical power and compressed air systems. Ruida Packing also prepared the machine with a voltage configuration suitable for the customer’s local electrical standard, allowing the equipment to match the customer’s factory power supply.

After the basic connections were completed, Engineer Li showed the operators how to assemble and disassemble the cápsula machine and its relevant components. This included explaining the correct installation sequence and how to remove components for cleaning and maintenance. The goal was to make sure the operators could handle routine work independently after the engineer left.

The customer’s production also required the NJP-1500D capsule filling machine to fill pellets into capsules. During commissioning, the filling accuracy required further adjustment because of the customer’s specific pellet material. Engineer Li checked the filling system and adjusted the relevant parameters according to the material characteristics.

Because the customer needed a dedicated solution for pellet filling, Ruida Packing also helped install and adjust a pellet filling device on the NJP-1500D capsule filler. The engineer then carried out repeated filling tests and checked capsule separation, filling, locking, rejection, and output to confirm that the complete process could run stably. The NJP-1500D supports powders, granules, pellets, and tablets, and its filling mechanism allows three-dimensional adjustment for dosing control.

RD-DSL-16Pro: Visual Counting and Easier Maintenance

The RD-DSL-16Pro capsule counting machine uses an industrial-grade camera inspection system to count tablets, capsules, and other solid products. Its visual detection module captures materials at high speed and high resolution, with documented detection precision above 99.99%.

During commissioning, Engineer Li checked the vibration channels, material separation, visual detection, rejection system, and pneumatic bottle-filling process. The customer needed the tablet counter to handle different tablets and capsules, so the engineer adjusted the vibration parameters according to the actual materials. The aim was to ensure that products could separate properly before entering the camera detection area.

The machine uses a closed vibration channel to isolate dust, while the camera detection head is positioned 30 cm from the material to reduce the influence of dust on counting. The visual system can also identify products with different colors and sizes and perform targeted rejection.

Maintenance was also an important part of the commissioning. The French customer has female operators who need to perform daily cleaning and maintenance, so the ease of disassembly was particularly important. The RD-DSL-16Pro uses a modular cylinder fixing structure, making the relevant components easier to remove and maintain.

Engineer Li specifically demonstrated how to remove, clean, reinstall, and adjust the cylinder-related components. The female operators then performed the same procedures themselves. This allowed them to complete routine cleaning and maintenance without depending on an engineer. Ruida Packing also provides three years of spare-parts replacement support for the customer.

The counting machine is designed for easy operation by female workers.

RD-HPP: Pouch Opening, Filling, and Sealing

For the RD-HPP máquina envasadora de bolsas prefabricadas, Engineer Li checked the complete packaging process, including pouch picking, upper and lower pouch opening, pouch-opening detection, pouch shaping, filling, reject handling, heat sealing, final shaping, and product discharge.

Pouch opening was one of the key adjustment points. Engineer Li adjusted the upper and lower pouch-opening mechanisms, pouch-opening detection, and pouch-shaping process according to the customer’s pouch specifications. He then checked the filling, reject handling, heat sealing, final shaping, and discharge processes to ensure the complete packaging cycle operated correctly.

The RD-HPP uses detection and air-assisted blowing to identify pouches that are missing or not fully opened. Engineer Li checked these detection functions together with the filling and sealing process to ensure the complete packaging cycle operated correctly.

RD-XG-120: Bottle Positioning and Capping Pressure

For the RD-XG-120 high-speed capping machine, Engineer Li focused on cap feeding, bottle positioning, cap positioning, pre-pressing, and capping pressure. The machine automatically handles cap sorting, cap placement, bottle positioning, pre-pressing, and friction capping. It can also detect and reject incorrectly positioned or reversed caps.

Capping pressure needed to match the customer’s bottle and cap combination. Excessive pressure could damage the bottle or cap, while insufficient pressure could result in poor tightening. Engineer Li adjusted the capping pressure and carried out repeated tests until the machine could maintain stable capping.

The machine supports adjustable capping tightness and quick changeover between different bottle and cap specifications. Engineer Li also checked the bottle and cap detection functions to ensure incorrectly positioned caps could be identified and rejected.

DPP-270Max: Forming, Feeding, and Heat Sealing

The DPP-270Max máquina de embalaje blíster required adjustment of several working stations, including forming, material feeding, heat sealing, indentation, and blanking. The blister machine supports both aluminum-plastic and aluminum-aluminum blister packaging.

Engineer Li adjusted the forming station according to the customer’s product and packaging material. He then checked and adjusted the alignment of the forming, heat-sealing, indentation, and blanking stations to ensure that these four working stations were correctly positioned.

The blister packaging machine’s four main working stations can be adjusted externally through handwheels, allowing the engineer to make precise adjustments during commissioning.

Heat sealing also required careful adjustment because sealing pressure directly affects blister quality. The DPP-270Max blister machine uses a dual-cylinder and dual-axis heat-sealing structure to provide balanced pressure between the PVC and aluminum foil. Engineer Li adjusted the heat-sealing parameters and checked the finished blister packs before testing the complete process from material feeding to finished-product output.

Operator Training

After the machines were commissioned, Engineer Li trained the customer’s operators on operation, parameter adjustment, assembly, disassembly, cleaning, maintenance, and basic troubleshooting. The operators did not only watch demonstrations. They operated the machines themselves under his guidance.

For the NJP-1500D, the operators learned machine operation, component assembly and disassembly, and basic filling adjustment. For the RD-DSL-16Pro, they learned visual counting operation, vibration adjustment, cleaning, and component removal. They also learned the basic operation and adjustment procedures for the pouch packing, capping, and blister packaging machines.

The purpose of the training was to ensure that the customer could operate and maintain the equipment independently after Engineer Li returned to China.

Engineer Li took a group photo with the operators after completing the training.

One Full Day of Actual Production Observation

After all five machines had been fully commissioned and the operators had completed their training, Engineer Li stayed at the customer’s factory for one additional full day. This day was specifically for observing actual production, not for routine commissioning.

The customer operated the machines under normal production conditions while Engineer Li observed the complete production process. He checked the equipment running condition, product output, operator operation, and coordination between different production stages. If a problem appeared, he could solve it immediately while still at the customer’s factory.

No further major problems appeared during the production observation. Only after confirming that the machines were running normally under actual production conditions did Engineer Li leave the factory and return to Ruida Packing.

Taking Responsibility for the Complete Service Process

This 10-day project shows Ruida Packing’s approach to after-sales service. The company did not stop after delivering and installing the machines. It helped the customer connect electricity and compressed air, prepared the correct local voltage configuration, solved pellet filling problems, adjusted the visual counting system, made maintenance easier for female operators, and provided operator training.

Ruida Packing also provides three years of spare-parts replacement support. More importantly, Engineer Li stayed for a full day after commissioning to observe real production. He returned only after confirming that the equipment was running normally.

For Ruida Packing, the service is not complete when the machine starts. It is complete when the machine runs normally in actual production and the customer knows how to operate and maintain it.

Ruida Packing engineer completed a 10-day commissioning project in France covering capsule filling, counting, pouch packing, capping and blister equipment.

[45
115,49,239,67
post-17900","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-news","tag-blister-packaging-machine","tag-capsule-filling-machine","tag-machine-commissioning","tag-tablet-counting-machine
["GET
