We also addressed a secondary but important mechanical factor: the ejection geometry. Salt blocks are particularly vulnerable to damage at the point where they leave the die. For that reason, we engineered a shallower discharge-angle on the ZP-27T and integrated a direct conveyor interface. The reduced tilt minimizes shock at ejection, and the conveyor immediately transfers finished blocks to downstream flow wrapping machine<\/b><\/strong><\/a>\u00a0and premade pouch packing machine\u00a0for rapid packaging.
