Capsule Separation: Empty capsules are loaded into the moringa supplement capsule filling machine’s hopper, where they are separated and oriented so that the open ends face upward.
Small size automatic capsule filling machine precisely measures the required quantity of pharmaceutical powder or granules and fills them into the separated capsules, ensuring accurate dosage.
Capsule Closure: After filling, the size 5 capsule filling machine automatically closes the capsules by joining the body and cap sections together, securing the contents inside.
Ejection and Sorting: Filled and sealed capsules are ejected from the size 4 capsule filling machine, and any rejected or defective capsules are removed and sorted out, ensuring the final product meets quality standards.
