Empty capsules are loaded into the encapsulation filling machine’s hopper, where they are separated and oriented so that the open ends face upward.
Lab capsule filler machine working precisely measures the required quantity of pharmaceutical powder or granules and fills them into the separated capsules, ensuring accurate dosage.
Μετά τη συμπλήρωση, the hard gelatin capsule filler machine automatically closes the capsules by joining the body and cap sections together, securing the contents inside.
Filled and sealed capsules are ejected from the gelatin capsule filler, and any rejected or defective capsules are removed and sorted out, ensuring the final product meets quality standards.
